We will never move a feature you paid for behind a subscription. It's the promise prompter apps broke; it's in the app, and it's here.
Pro and Outreach are bought inside the app, through the Mac App Store, with your Apple Account. Pro Yearly moves up to Outreach Yearly with the rest of its year credited; from Pro Lifetime, Outreach is a separate purchase. Refunds go through Apple. Team seats and invoices aren't available yet.

Paying for honmay
Is there a free trial?
The free download is the trial, and it doesn't expire. Every feature works; exports are 720p with a small “Made with Honmay” watermark.
What does Pro add?
No watermark, and exports at full resolution: 1080p, or 4K when you record in 4K. Nothing else is held back.
What does Outreach add?
Everything in Pro, plus clean personal openers: one video per person from a list, every name checked, in 1080p or 4K. Free and Pro make them too, at 720p with the watermark, so you can try it on your own list first.
I have Pro. How do I add Outreach?
In the app, Honmay › Honmay Pro shows Outreach. From Pro Yearly, Outreach Yearly replaces your subscription and the App Store credits what's left of the year. From Pro Lifetime, Outreach is a separate purchase, because the App Store has no upgrade prices.
What happens if I stop paying for Yearly?
Exports go back to 720p with the watermark. Your projects, takes and earlier exports stay where they are.
Do I get updates with Lifetime?
Yes, every future update, for Pro Lifetime and Outreach Lifetime alike. Lifetime means lifetime: we will never move a feature you paid for behind a subscription.
How do I buy or restore Pro?
In the app: Honmay › Upgrade to Honmay Pro…, paid with your Apple Account through the Mac App Store. On a new Mac, the same window has Restore Purchases.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do you sell team or education licences?
Not yet. Pro is sold per person in the Mac App Store for now.
